C-ute has won the New Artist Award from the 49th Japan Record Awards (Nihon Record Taishou) along with three other artists. Unfortunatly they did not win the Best Hits Kayousai Newcomer Award but they received a runner up prize. They will also compete for the Best New Artist Award on a show that will be broadcast on December 30th 2007. Ganbatte C-ute!
It has been previously reported that Airi's new photobook would be relased in November. However, Airi Suzuki's 2nd photoboook will be relased on 05-12-2007 and the title has been announced as CLEAR. Personally Im excited for Buono's release as it seems like forever since I first got excited over this line up. I cant wait to see their PV.
Also Berryz 15th single, Musume's 35th single and Gatas 2nd single seem worth waiting for. I wonder if I'll have any money left then to buy them ♪
After what seemed a life time of waiting my copy of Tokaikko Junjou finally arrived! This is actually the first h!p single I've bought as I tend to buy more albums than singles but as my father was going to pay me for babysitting I saw the oppurtunity to get a H!P CD instead so I took it. ^^
Anyways this single is awesome. I will be suprised if it doesnt do well in the charts. The inner jacket cover is nice and features the girls posing infront of a red background.
The bonus DVD that comes with it is also very cool. It shows a interview with each member as well as clips from their concerts over their previous single meguru koi no kistetsu. As my Japanese is seriously limited I cant really make out what the girls are saying in their interveiws but its fun to watch nevertheless.
To me the best part of this single is not the song but the PV. Its definatley one of the best PVs released this year by H!P in my opinion. They definatly need to start shooting more PVs outside. My favourite part of the video by far is when Maimi takes Chisato's ball. Chisato's expression says it all really. If you haven't bought this single yet I seriously suggest you do. In the meantime, heres the PV for you all to enjoy. :)
